Bulk Email Boxer

Terms of Service

Effective date: 2026-10-30. These terms are between you and Sabkri LLC ("we", "us") for use of Bulk Email Boxer.

The service

Bulk Email Boxer is a cold-email platform: you connect your own Gmail, Outlook, or SMTP mailboxes, and we provide campaigns, sequences, deliverability controls, email verification, lead finding, reply management, and analytics. Sending happens through your mailboxes and your domains — reputation, DNS records, and mailbox provider limits remain your responsibility.

Accounts and billing

Paid plans bill monthly or annually through Stripe until you cancel. Verification and Lead Finder draw on a universal credit balance; purchased credits never expire, while monthly grant credits refresh at renewal. A 7-day free trial includes a fixed send and credit allowance with no card required.

Acceptable use — no spam

You may only use the service for lawful outreach. You agree that you will not:

• Send spam, bulk unsolicited messages to people who never agreed to hear from you, or messages that violate CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, or any other law that applies to you.
• Send to scraped, purchased, or rented lists without a lawful basis, or ignore unsubscribe requests. Every campaign must honor opt-outs and applicable one-click unsubscribe rules.
• Impersonate another person or organization, forge headers, or mislead recipients about who you are.
• Probe, scan, or abuse third-party systems, or use the service to harass, defraud, or distribute malware.
• Resell access, share accounts beyond your seat limit, or reverse-engineer the service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, and we may block sending that providers flag as abusive. Appeals: support@bulkemailboxer.com.

Your content

You keep ownership of your lists, copy, and data. You grant us only the rights needed to operate the service for you. You represent that you have the right to use the data you import.

Termination

You can cancel anytime from billing settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. We may terminate for breach of these terms, with notice where practicable. On workspace deletion or account erasure, your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". Email delivery depends on third-party mailbox providers and is not guaranteed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data, and our total liability is capped at the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email or in-app notice before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance.
