Privacy Policy

Effective date: 2026-10-30. Bulk Email Boxer is operated by Sabkri LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Account data. Your name, email address, and authentication credentials (managed by Supabase Auth) when you register.
• Workspace data. Campaigns, templates, contact lists, CRM records, sender/mailbox settings, verification results, and Lead Finder results that you create or import. Email addresses you submit for verification are sent to our verification provider, Reoon Technologies, so the live check can be performed.
• Mailbox credentials. OAuth tokens or app passwords for mailboxes you connect, stored so the service can send and read mail on your behalf.
• Billing data. Plan and payment details, processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
• Usage and analytics data. On the marketing site, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity measure traffic and session behavior (see Cookies below). Product usage events help us operate and improve the service.

How we use it

We use this data only to provide, secure, and improve Bulk Email Boxer: sending your campaigns, verifying addresses, finding leads, processing payments, and support. We do not sell personal data and do not share your lists with third parties except the subprocessors listed below, as needed to run the service.

Cookies and analytics

The marketing site uses cookies for analytics. Visitors in the EU/EEA see a consent banner and can accept or decline; elsewhere, analytics load by default unless you decline. You can change your choice anytime via "Manage cookies" in the footer. We never use third-party advertising cookies.

Retention and deletion

Your workspace data — including verification and Lead Finder results — is kept until you delete your workspace or erase your account, whichever comes first. Mailbox credentials are removed when you disconnect a sender. When data is deleted, it is removed from active systems; backup copies expire on the backup retention schedule.

Your rights

You can access, export, correct, or delete your data from workspace settings, or by emailing us. EU/UK residents may have additional rights under GDPR; California residents under the CCPA. We will honor applicable requests within the time the law allows.

Security

Traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS), credentials are stored encrypted at rest, and access to production systems is restricted to operators who need it.
